1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ka33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ka33 platform and the entity operating it, accessible at https://ka33.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ka33 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on ka33 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the ka33 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all related gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, poker tables, coin games, and any other wagering or entertainment products available through ka33.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a player's ka33 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a player's account by ka33, which is subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds or any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Service, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as operated in Bangladesh.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all time-sensitive provisions in these terms.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ka33 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or using any Service, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
3. You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
4. You understand that online wagering involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

3Eligibility

Access to ka33 and use of any Service is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

4Account Registration

To access the real-money Services offered by ka33, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and belongs to you personally.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one account. ka33 employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ka33 will close the secondary account (or all accounts) and may void any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any registered details change — including your mobile number or linked MFS wallet — you must update your account information promptly by contacting the support team.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ka33 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

All sessions on the ka33 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. New device logins trigger an OTP (one-time password) verification message sent to your registered mobile number. Automatic session expiry is applied to inactive sessions to reduce risk on shared devices.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the ka33 support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures — including a temporary account lock — can be applied without delay.

6Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ka33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a brief processing window depending on the payment method used.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at ka33's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by the ka33 finance team. ka33 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions: A player must have placed at least one real-money wager before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Accounts that deposit and immediately withdraw without any wagering activity may be flagged for review and the withdrawal declined pending further investigation.

• Withdrawal fees: ka33 does not charge internal processing fees; however, your MFS provider may apply standard transaction charges

7Bonuses and Promotions

ka33 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full using real-money or bonus-eligible stakes.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated that bonuses can be combined.
• Bonus expiry: any bonus not fully wagered within the period specified in the offer terms will be forfeited automatically. The forfeiture of expired bonus funds does not affect your real-money balance.
• Bets placed on games excluded from the bonus wagering contribution list do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• ka33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without advance notice, in cases of suspected abuse, system error, or fraud.
• Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players. Players who demonstrate a pattern of bonus abuse — including systematic low-variance play to clear wagering requirements — may have their bonus privileges suspended.

8Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games available on ka33 — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and poker — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards, wheels, and dice handled by trained professional dealers in licensed studios.

Game outcomes are entirely independent of previous results and are not influenced by account history, deposit amounts, or any internal intervention by ka33. The house edge applicable to each game is a fixed mathematical property of the game design and is consistent with the rules of the game as published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or others).

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or display error during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of the malfunction. If no conclusive server result can be established, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. ka33 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity failures on your end, including mobile network outages.

9Sports Betting Rules

The ka33 sports betting section covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, bilateral matches involving Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed in the platform's live betting interface. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is settled. Once a bet slip has been confirmed by the system, it is binding.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed (as specified for each sport), all bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live betting odds reflect real-time match conditions and are updated continuously. Bets placed during a network interruption or odds-feed delay may be voided at ka33's discretion if the odds displayed were materially inaccurate at the time of placement.
• Obvious errors: In the event that odds are published due to a system error and are clearly outside normal market ranges, ka33 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's account.
• Maximum payout: The maximum payout per single bet is subject to the limit published in the sports betting section of your account. Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to separate maximum payout limits.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ka33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at ka33's sole discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or RNG anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software fault must be reported to support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Collusion with other players, including chip-dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting markets, or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source to make deposits on ka33.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, operating an account on behalf of someone else, or accepting payment to place bets for another person.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at ka33 staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the ka33 platform's technical infrastructure.

11Responsible Gaming

ka33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of ka33.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ka33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from connectivity failures, device malfunction, third-party payment processing errors, or delays in withdrawal processing beyond ka33's reasonable control.

ka33's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ka33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14Privacy and Data

ka33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ka33 uses your data solely for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secured servers.

15Account Closure

Closure by the player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the ka33 support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following standard identity verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by ka33: ka33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactive accounts with a zero balance for a period exceeding 12 months, or where continued operation of the account would present a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ka33.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ka33 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full.

16Amendments to These Terms

ka33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ka33 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or account notification system, or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 15 above.

17Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the ka33 support team will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence.
